In my years of teaching, I have seen teachers come to work their first day of their first year of teaching and blend seamlessly into the classroom and into the school. They have a natural sense of organization, a drive to connect with students, and get them excited about being in the classroom every day, and a passion for a profession that shapes the lives of young people in a positive way. Soo-Jin Lee is this type of teacher.
